Patrick grew up in Vermont as a mountain sports enthusiast and coached winter sports at Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid. He attended college in the Adirondack area of New York and received a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
After college Patrick moved to Colorado and worked in restaurants in Vail. He began working at Splendido in 2005. Patrick became the Service Director at Splendido in the fall of 2009 and became a Sommelier in 2010.
