Brian Rhodes



Brian moved to the Colorado Rockies to enjoy the great outdoors and discovered the tourism industry provided many restaurant opportunities and a great way to support himself.  After trying a couple of other professions he returned to the restaurant business and began taking on more responsibilites in management.  While working in restaurants, his customer skills were honed, his hospitality sense developed and he realized he enjoyed providing guests a top quality experience.

Brian worked as a server at Splendido for about 7 years.  Brian has been Splendido’s Dining Room Director and Beverage Manager since May of 2011.
